In March, Central Grand Rapids' Area Director relocated to Colorado. The leadership team for CGRYL entered a season of preparation to hire a new Area Director.

This is a critical ministry leadership role, stewarding 6 ministries, 50 volunteer leaders, and 350 adolescents: And so requires intentional steps to determine the best candidate and to create a healthy environment for this person step into.

Our goal is to raise $75,000 and 30 new monthly donors to set up the new Area Director well!
